My client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Columbus, OH to be the strategic TA advisor to executive leadership and lead full-cycle hiring for professional through executive roles across the company. Opportunity to modernize/build a best-in-class TA function, leveraging AI and modern recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging passive candidates using advanced sourcing strategies and professional networking.
• Conducting structured interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments.
• Presenting highly qualified candidates with thoughtful recommendations and hiring insights.
• Managing confidential and executive-level searches with professionalism and discretion.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting professional, management, director, and executive-level talent.
• Proven ability to partner directly with senior executives and business leaders.
• Expertise identifying, engaging, and recruiting passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence hiring decisions through insight and data.

Highly competitive base in the $125-150k range + variable comp and strong benefits
