Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Hybrid work is available after the introductory period, based on satisfactory performance.

A well-established professional services organization is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting initiatives across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with candidates, hiring teams, and leadership throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including candidate intake, job postings, application workflows, and interview scheduling

• Maintain accurate candidate information in recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems

• Coordinate interview logistics, calendars, travel arrangements, meeting materials, and candidate feedback

• Communicate with candidates, search firms, hiring teams, and other internal and external stakeholders

• Assist with recruiting events, campus outreach, and summer associate programs

• Support onboarding activities, including background checks, required documentation, and orientation scheduling

• Assist with recruiting meetings, reports, metrics, and special talent management initiatives

• Support recruiting outreach and inclusion initiatives

• Maintain recruiter and search firm agreements and related documentation

Job Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

• 1+ years experience in a professional office environment; recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
