Remote Talent Acquisition CoordinatorAn employer is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting, sourcing, and administrative functions throughout the hiring process. This individual will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and support pre-employment activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions, and focused on providing a positive candidate experience.Responsibilities:Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and other recruiting channelsConduct candidate outreach, review resumes, and assist with pre-qualificationCoordinate interviews and maintain candidate communicationManage job postings (Monday.com) and update candidate records in the ATS (Paycom)Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activitiesTrack recruiting metrics, pipelines, and requisition updates
