Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: New York City Pay Rate: $37/hourPosition SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team throughout the full-cycle recruiting process for the Americas Division. This role partners closely with Recruiters and TA Leads to coordinate candidate interviews, manage recruiting logistics, maintain recruiting data and reporting, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position offers strong exposure to corporate recruiting operations and opportunities for long-term professional growth within a growing organization.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all stages of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling, calendar management, candidate communications, follow-up notifications, offer package distribution, and support throughout the pre-employment process.Partner closely with Recruiters, TA Leads, hiring managers, and external agencies to ensure timely interview coordination and an efficient hiring process.Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and agency partners regarding interview logistics, scheduling updates, and recruiting process inquiries.Create, draft, and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.Maintain accurate recruiting data and system integrity across HR systems, applicant tracking platforms, reporting tools, and recruiting trackers.Track and manage interview scheduling activity using Excel and internal reporting tools to support recruiting operations and workflow visibility.Support internet and social media recruitment activities by assisting with job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment process administration.Deliver a high level of customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders by providing timely communication, professionalism, and a positive recruiting experience.Participate in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources projects on an ad hoc basis, supporting process improvements, recruiting initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts.Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support hiring goals and organizational growth.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
