There's no rigid program here—things change quickly, and you'll be trusted to figure things out, fix what's broken, and make the process better as we grow.If you're highly organized, calm under pressure, and energized by supporting smart people doing hard things, this role will suit you well.What You Will OwnRun interview logistics end-to-end Schedule and manage complex interviews across teams, time zones, and formats (phone, Zoom, in-person)Stay one step ahead of conflicts, last-minute changes, and tight calendarsOwn the candidate experience Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the processCommunicate clearly, promptly, and respectfully—no black holes, no chaosMake candidates feel informed, welcomed, and valued at every stepKeep the recruiting machine organized Maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS (Ashby)Track candidate progress, follow-ups, and next steps without things slippingPrepare interview materials, prep docs, and internal coordination as neededImprove how we hire Spot inefficiencies and propose fixesTake on ad-hoc projects that improve speed, quality, or candidate experienceHelp build recruiting infrastructure that actually scalesWhat You Will Need1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a fast-paced administrative roleExtremely strong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ballClear, professional written and verbal communicationSound judgment and a high degree of ownership—you don't wait to be toldExperience working with an ATS, CRM (Ashby, Gem preferred) and modern productivity toolsComfortable interacting with senior leaders and foundersLow ego, high reliability, and a "no task too small" mindsetWho You AreYou thrive in fast-paced environments.
