Hiring: Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to experienced-level sales professionals within a US Health & Benefits consulting business.
You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, create targeted sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and support hiring decisions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment from sourcing through offer and acceptance.
• Develop talent pipelines using LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and recruitment technologies.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and offer strategy.
• Maintain candidate engagement and timely communication.
• Embrace AI and technology-enabled recruiting tools.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience combined with professional services recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting and placing sales professionals, including B2B sales talent.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
Health & Benefits Consulting recruiting experience is highly preferred.
