Position Summary
This role will be based in Etters, Pennsylvania, coordinating recruitment efforts for professional level roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing the offer process, and ensuring staffing needs are met through proactive talent acquisition. The candidate will partner with external entities such as colleges, trade schools, workforce development organizations, and social media to attract qualified talent while aligning the candidate experience with ACS core values. Some domestic travel is required to visit other Amphenol locations and attend career fairs.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full‑cycle recruitment process for all professional level roles.
- Pro‑actively manage requisitions within the group and ensure a robust talent pool.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships internally with the leadership team.
- Ensure that the organization stands out as an employer of choice during the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring department management to create detailed and accurate job descriptions.
- Review resumes, schedule phone screens and interviews with hiring managers, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Monitor the candidate pool, recommending resources to maintain adequate candidate attraction.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of current experience in professional level talent acquisition; PHR and/or CSP certification desirable.
- Experience in both Agency and Corporate recruitment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with initiative.
- Excellent time‑management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with applicant‑tracking software.
