Talent Acquisition Business Partner (6 Month Contract)

Position Overview

This role is a critical member of a high-performing team thatis responsible for powering the future of Qualus.TheTalentAcquisition Business Partnerresponsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contactingpassive candidates,and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

This opportunity is a contract assignment for 6 months focused on candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and prescreen candidates for various opportunities.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g.LinkedInandIndeed).
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Coordinate withthe talentacquisitionteamtodetermine position requirements.
• Identifyqualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g.Boolean search)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Providetalentinsightandfeedbackon market conditionstobuildarecruitingstrategy
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providingorganizationinformation, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations;maintainingrapport.
• Ask for referrals from external networks
• Promote ourtalent andemployer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databasesvia our Applicant Tracking Systemand talent community
• Communicate with past applicantsregardingnew job opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
• 3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated team player; self-starter
• Effective time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and complete critical tasks with a sense of urgency
