Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC and the Middle East for technology, finance, risk, marketing, and partnerships roles. Build and scale recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interview frameworks, and ATS workflows from the ground up. Coordinate HR operations, payroll, onboarding, and employee support across multiple countries. Requirements: 3-5 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience in a startup or high-growth environment. Demonstrated fintech recruitment experience and familiarity with digital growth roles. Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring across APAC and the Middle East. Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in India.
