Taiwan Payroll Specialist

To support Taiwan operations, the full-time remote Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and a seamless employee experience. Key responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in Taiwan Maintain payroll systems, records, and employee data while ensuring compliance with Taiwan labor laws Handle year-end payroll processes, including annual tax filings and payroll-related statutory payments Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in processing payroll in Taiwan Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements Experience in payroll processing is essential Background in Employer of Record (EOR), HR consulting, or multinational companies is a plus Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
