Taiwan HR Local Representative

Acting as the primary HR point of contact for employees and clients in Taiwan, the full-time HR Local Representative will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensure employee data accuracy, and provide guidance on HR policies while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main HR contact for employees and clients in Taiwan Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience Stay updated on Taiwan labor law changes and advise internal stakeholders accordingly Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role in Taiwan Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements Experience in HR service or consulting industry, or HR shared service center role at multinational companies is a plus Proficiency in Mandarin and English Experience in payroll processing is welcomed
