Leading the training strategy for a large-scale Data & Analytics Transformation initiative, the remote Tableau Training Lead will develop and deliver impactful curriculum and hands-on learning experiences to drive Tableau adoption among technical and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end training strategy, curriculum, and delivery plan for the Data & Analytics Transformation program Build distinct learning paths for both technical users and business/end-user audiences Create reusable training materials, including exercises, job aids, and documentation to support user readiness and adoption Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, including training diverse audiences Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering Tableau training programs and curricula Strong instructional design skills with knowledge of adult learning principles Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts Experience supporting enterprise technology and data/analytics transformation initiatives
