Tableau DeveloperThe Tableau Developer will play a key role within the Business Intelligence and Analytics division championing and enhancing data visualization capabilities to drive Customer and Brand growth. Be a part of an expanding initiative to change standardized reporting and dashboards. Work with a corporate team to develop a Tableau visual analytics adoption plan.

Develop your Tableau abilities and utilize them to produce analytical dashboards that drive business decisions and assist the organization in meeting growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign prototypes, create and maintain enterprise level analytics solutions using Tableau and SQLDevelop Tableau visualizations to support organization, incl. ad-hoc data analysis requestsParticipate in preparing can and time-sensitive ad-hoc deliverables to the internal stakeholders, working closely with the Commercial Strategy teamDesign and implement Tableau Cloud data and workbook security modelCurate and publish standardized data sources for Creators to access via Tableau CloudUphold visual analytics best practices and create stunning, highly-performant, user-friendly Tableau workbooksMonitoring and maintaining workbooks hosted on Tableau Cloud. This includes setting refresh schedules, monitoring usage, diagnosing issues, and improving performance as needed.Fostering Visual Analytics / Educating / TroubleshootingOnboard new users into the Tableau program and assist with licensing and governance.Directly train, educate, and troubleshoot Tableau users through working sessions and solving complex problems.Create and improve resources and documentation available to Tableau users.Support and document business requirements for Tableau projects and translate into analytical and technical specifications as needed.Assist with Tableau Cloud administration, including monitoring environments, diagnosing problems, and repairing issues in a timely manner.Data MaintenanceDesign, build, and maintain data sources used for Tableau development across the organization in Snowflake.Work with team to ensure all data requirements are met and data sources have been optimized for dashboard performance.Execute test plans and perform QA to assure the functionality and data integrityof reporting and dashboard solutions.Desired ExperienceBachelor's Degree and minimum four years of data visualization, data analysis, and/or business intelligence experience or equivalent.Ability to manipulate and transform large datasets within Snowflake is a must.Strong foundational knowledge of data modelling and data quality principles.Expert in dashboarding software.

(Tableau required, PowerBI)Expert in SQL. (Snowflake)Proficient in Excel.Not Required, but Preferred: Minimum 3+ in Category Management, Market Research, or Market/Pricing/Data Analytics.
