Tableau DeveloperWorks closely with business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality Tableau reports. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design. Has experience with designing Tableau Workbooks and Tableau Dashboards.Required Experience:In depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL Server database and the Transact-SQL programming language.Experienced in the use of Tableau Report Server and Services.Experience in the seamless integration of Tableau Workbooks and DashboardsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft database application development in the SQL Server Management Studio development environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Transact-SQL procedural language scriptingAdvanced knowledge of stored proceduresAdvanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop CreatorAdvanced knowledge of Tableau WorkbooksAdvanced knowledge of Tableau DashboardsAdvanced knowledge of complex relational database concepts, including proper use of both normalized and de-normalized data models2-5 years experience with Tableau Workbook creationBachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience.
