Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Table Games Floor Supervisor to oversee daily table games operations on a busy casino floor. You will supervise dealers, monitor game integrity, manage guest interactions, and ensure adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.
Responsibilities include coaching and evaluating dealers, resolving guest issues, verifying payouts, handling fills and credits, and documenting incidents. You’ll collaborate with pit managers to optimize game mix and table limits while maintaining a fun, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects our guest-first, team-oriented culture and tribal values.
