Employment Requirements:
Job Duties: Interact with our customers in arranging their international air export shipments. Processing international export documents, such as HAWB, filing AES, billing invoice, etc.
Software to use: AS400, Outlook, Microsoft Office
Skill: Ability to follow instructions from supervisor or lead agent. Accurate and timely manner in daily operation Basic PC skill, communication/team-oriented mind with flexibility Problem solving
Language: English, Japanese (preferred)
Work hour: 11:00 - 20:00 Mon - Fri, Sat rotation once a month
