The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with clients on complex estate planning and administration matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning strategies
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Assist clients with trust and estate administration
- Advise on estate, gift, and related tax matters
- Assist with probate and fiduciary matters as needed
- Work closely with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors
- Conduct legal research and provide thoughtful, practical guidance
- Manage multiple matters while maintaining a high level of client service and attention to detail
- 3-6 years of experience practicing in Trusts & Estates
- Active Florida Bar license and in good standing
- Strong experience with estate planning, trusts, and estate administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
- LL.M. in Taxation or a related field preferred, but not required
