T-38 Maintenance Branch Lead (Aircraft Operations)

Amentum seeks a T-38 Aircraft Branch Manager to oversee the maintenance department for 63 aircraft and 90–100 personnel at Vance AFB. You will direct maintenance actions, enforce technical data usage, manage staffing per shift, and ensure accurate documentation in the Maintenance Information System.

Requires 7+ years supervisory aviation or manufacturing experience, DoD background, and ability to implement risk management while coordinating with production and safety teams.
