Systems Support CoordinatorThe expertise and skills you bring:3-5 years of working experience and strong knowledge of FTP / SFTP / AS2/ NDM and other managed file transmission protocolsPerform batch and data support activities using JCL, COBOL, DB2 and various Mainframe tools and practices such as Control M, TSO, ISPF, SQL, etc.Prior experience with the company's mainframe application and batch processing is a plusExperience with Python scripting is a plusProven analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be capable of learning complex processes quickly and have the ability to learn through independent research and as a member of a multi-location teamStrong customer focus and customer satisfaction orientationThe applicant should also demonstrate effective communication skills; both written and verbal, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical as well as non-technical associatesAbility to function effectively in a critical role balancing multiple projects and requestsAvailability to provide some off-hours/weekend on-call coverage as required
