No relocation allowed.Role OverviewThe State of South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking a highly experienced Systems Software Programmer – Consultant to support mission-critical child welfare and human services systems. This role will serve as a technical project lead within the Application Development team, supporting the modernization, enhancement, and maintenance of DSS child welfare applications while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, including CCWIS and AFCARS.
