The team is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of file transmissions between WI and third parties and the systems that enable them.We are always exploring new ways to provide value to our customers.

The team has a direct and positive impact on Fidelity's clients.Fidelity Investments is looking for a qualified individual to assume a key role as Systems Services and Support Analyst within the Electronic Data Transmissions team (EDT) of the Production Services-SRE group. The responsibilities of this role include the analysis of incidents and abends, monitoring of the environment, and responding to user request tickets.

Additional responsibilities and assignments are possible, depending on the experience, skills, and interests of the successful candidate.The Skills And Expertise You Have3-5 Years of working experience and solid understanding of FTP / SFTP / AS2/ NDM and other managed file transmission protocolsExperience with batch and data support activities using JCL, COBOL, DB2 and various mainframe technologies such as Control-M, TSO, ISPF, and SQL.Experience with Python scripting and automationProven ability to script mainframe automation with REXX and other mainframe tools.Prior application and batch operations and support experience that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skillsPhenomenal customer service skills and customer satisfaction orientationStrong oral and written communication skillsAvailability to provide some off-hours /weekend on-call coverage as required.
