Job Description:
* Perform technical execution, risk management, and requirements management for new product development.
* Analyze customer flow-down requirements, assess feasibility, and develop technical solutions including test strategy, architecture, design, and development.
* Develop system documents such as system-level requirements, Interface Control Document, Hardware Requirements Specification, PBA Design Specification, Software Test Plan and Procedures (DO-178 compliant), Hardware Verification Test Plan and Procedures (DO-254 compliant), and certification documents.
* Design and develop test cases/scripts and conduct testing.
* Create test cases/scripts for Complex Electronic Hardware Requirements Verification to meet DO-254 certification and perform testing.
* Develop and maintain covariance analysis tests for Performance Verification, Kalman Filter measurement design, and software development support.
* Maintain automated Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation test framework.
* Maintain automated Desktop Simulation (DTS) and Monte Carlo test frameworks.
* Monitor development schedules and update from a Systems Engineering perspective.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders and their needs.
* Estimate system development efforts, define technical baseline, and support proposals with risk, opportunity, conditions, and assumptions.
* Identify and implement cost, schedule, and technical efficiency improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, 10+ years relevant experience.
