  • Edge AI & Data Systems: Lead ML deployment on edge hardware while building robust SCADA/HMI platforms for live visualization, industrial data networking (MQTT, IIoT, FactoryTalk), and remote operations.
  • Controls & Hardware Integration: Design and validate real-time control frameworks across PLCs, CNCs, and motion hardware using protocols like OPC-UA, Modbus TCP, and TCP/IP.
  • Frameworks & Standards: Establish modular C#/.NET reusable code libraries, set architectural benchmarks, and manage code releases via Azure DevOps aligned with UL, CE, and NFPA guidelines.
  • Drive collaborative execution across multidisciplinary engineering, QA, production, and client-facing teams.
  • Author key technical frameworks, system interfaces, and comprehensive release documentation.
  • Elevate team capabilities by mentoring controls engineers in modern design patterns, software architecture, and emerging AI tools.

Qualifications
