You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Systems Operations Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering to meet deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsApplicants must be able to work directly on W2.4 years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience.Strong incident management background with the ability to problem-solve beyond runbooks.Evidence of an automation mindset (scripting, process improvement).Experience in incident management and change request handling, using tools like ServiceNow.Exposure to Windows, Linux, databases, SaaS solutions, and front-end apps.Must stay current with modern technology (no "single-track" specialists).Preferred Skills & QualificationsRecent exposure to diverse tech environments (Windows/Linux Cloud Databases).Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Elastic, and Prometheus.Experience in managing incidents, change requests, and on-call rotations.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming incidents (system-driven and user-reported).Follow existing TSGs/standard processes but also troubleshoot creatively.Handle ad-hoc requests (e.g., urgent security tasks, compliance exercises).Participate in an on-call rotation with an 18-member team, each on-call approximately 1 week at a time.Occasional weekend work (deployments, BCP exercises).Company Benefits & CultureCollaborative and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive of work-life balance with hybrid work options.
