Olgoonik Security Management System AdministratorPerforms specialized systems administrative functions in support of an enterprise integrated security management system and provides customer support services to system users, employees, and visitors.Primary ResponsibilitiesProcess applicants for ID cardsProcess ID card applicationsPerform quality control checksProcess access control requestsPrepare custom system generated reportsPrepare advance status reportsProvide advance level customer service supportProvide advance trainingUpdate filesIdentify and resolve complex ID card problemsIdentify and resolve moderately access control problemsPerforms advance integrated security management system programming tasksPlans, organizes, and implements tasks for special projectsDevelops draft standard operating proceduresPrepares status briefs for USG supervisorsOther duties upon request.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesProvides limited supervision and oversight of contract personnel.Education and/or ExperienceMinimum 3 years of clerical and data entry experience2 years of operating/programming integrated security management systems experience.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/ProgramsGood typing skills (30 WPM)Outstanding oral and written communication skillsOutstanding problem-solving skillsAbility to follow oral and written instructionsAbility to perform work with no supervisionAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsPerforms assigned duties in an outstanding mannerWorks exceptionally well with coworkers and supervisorsObserves work hoursDemonstrates punctualityMaintains good relations with the publicBusiness casual attire.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsN/ASecurity ClearanceSECRET Level RequiredMust have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
