Supporting property management systems remotely, the entry-level Systems Migration & Support Specialist will resolve support tickets, assist with system migrations during property onboarding, and provide ongoing system training and support. Key responsibilities Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata, and/or Yardi is preferred Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
