Supporting existing Windows image and client updates, the full-time Systems Integrator will work remotely to manage workstation imaging, software deployments, and troubleshooting within Windows 10/11 environments. Key responsibilities Review, recommend, and implement methods for workstation image management and software currency using System Center and SCCM Create and update Windows Imaging Format (WIM) for Windows 10/11 feature updates and generate standalone media for annual releases Provide technical support for Microsoft Office upgrades and troubleshoot deployment issues related to Office Professional Plus and other related products Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree Ability to obtain IRS High Risk level clearance 5+ years of experience in supporting and administering Windows 10/11 desktop environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and/or MDT Strong knowledge of Windows Group Policy, Active Directory, and endpoint security configurations
