Job TitlePeraton is seeking incumbent and external qualified candidates to support North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) – Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III (NISSC III).Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected mid to late 2026.ResponsibilitiesQualified candidates will help operate, maintain, and sustain critical national mission systems to deliver resilient strategic threat warning and space capabilities as part of a world-wide architecture, providing strategic warning that our nation depends on during a conflict. This program will provide an opportunity to exploit the capabilities inherent in our diverse national systems to better meet the needs of the national command authority and warfighters to detect, track, and respond to strategic threats through 2030 and beyond.The Systems Integration Engineer will support integration, modernization, testing, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical systems supporting NORAD and USSPACECOM operations within the Cheyenne Mountain Complex environment. This role will support integration activities across hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and operational mission systems within complex operational and developmental environments supporting space, missile warning, command-and-control, and enterprise mission capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience integrating and troubleshooting complex systems within classified DoD environments while collaborating closely with systems engineering, software development, cybersecurity, and operations teams to improve mission readiness, system interoperability, operational reliability, and overall mission effectiveness.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Additional four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of degreeActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required, ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI access requiredExperience supporting systems integration activities within DoD, Intelligence Community, space, missile defense, or command-and-control environmentsExperience integrating hardware, software, networking, and operational mission systemsExperience troubleshooting complex technical systems within operational or classified environmentsFamiliarity with Linux and/or Windows operating environmentsFamiliarity with systems engineering, integration testing, and deployment processesExperience supporting Agile development and/or DevSecOps environmentsAbility to collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, software development, and operations teamsDesired Qualifications:Experience supporting NORAD, USSPACECOM, Space Force, missile warning, or space domain awareness missionsExperience supporting satellite ground systems, command-and-control systems, or enterprise mission systemsFamiliarity with virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies such as VMware, Docker, or KubernetesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, or similar technologiesFamiliarity with networking concepts, system administration, and enterprise infrastructure environmentsExperience supporting integration and test activities within classified operational environmentsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or related engineering and integration toolsSecurity+ or other DoD 8140/8570 compliant certification preferredPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
