Key responsibilities Monitor and support application integrations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation Identify manual processes for automation and develop operational reports and dashboards Assist in preparing knowledge content for AI support and validate AI-enabled workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, engineering, business systems, or related field 2+ years of experience with systems analysis, integrations, data validation, reporting, and automation 2+ years of experience working with APIs, file-based integrations, and troubleshooting 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting tools 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Power Platform, SQL, or integration monitoring tools
