Seeking an experienced Systems Generalist for a full-time hybrid position, who will design and operate APIs and control-plane services for automated inference optimization, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and operate durable APIs and control-plane services for multi-hour or multi-day optimization campaigns Develop secure partner-side runner and grader software for compiling, executing, and benchmarking candidate artifacts on third-party hardware Integrate hardware profiles and inference-serving engines into a repeatable optimization workflow Required Qualifications 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in distributed systems or cloud services Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Go, or Rust Experience designing and operating highly available backend systems and durable workflows Strong understanding of distributed systems, Linux, networking, and modern cloud architectures Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives as a senior individual contributor
