This hands-on role provides advanced technical expertise, leads and executes complex systems initiatives, serves as a primary escalation point, mentors Systems Support staff, and translates organizational needs into effective technical solutions—reducing reliance on leadership by owning initiatives from execution through completion.Your Impact Will Include:Serve as a senior escalation point for complex, cross-system technical issues, independently diagnosing and resolving problems across systems, applications, identity, networking, and securityPerform root cause analysis on recurring or high-impact incidents and recommend long-term corrective and preventive solutionsSupport, maintain, and enhance Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive) and identity/access management platformsAssist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, endpoints, and security systemsLead and execute IT projects from planning through implementation and stabilization, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholdersContribute to system upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery planning/testing, and other infrastructure initiatives in partnership with IT leadershipDevelop, improve, and support internal tools, automation, and light applications that enhance IT operations, reporting, and efficiencyMentor and support Systems Support Technicians through hands-on guidance, documentation standards, knowledge sharing, and consistent escalation practicesPerforming additional duties as assigned to support our missionWork performed primary in a professional office environment, with some flexibility for hybrid/remote work based on company and operational needs. Role requires occasional movement between program sites, facilities, and vendor locations. Role requires the ability to respond to urgent or emergent technology issues, including after-hours situations as needed.

Work may involve being in server rooms, network closets, or other technical spaces that may have temperature or noise variations.
