Data Analyst (Systems Engineer Sr)You will be a Data Analyst (Systems Engineer Sr) for the Integrated System Evaluation (ISE) team. Our team is part of the Systems Engineering organization. What you will be doing: As a Data Analyst you will serve as a domain analyst in one of the domains listed below. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following domain disciplines: Weapons, Fusion, Radar, EW (Electronic Warfare), or EO/DAS (Electro-Optical Distributed Aperture System) to drive technical excellence in analysis and evaluation. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will assist in technical leadership to support the analysis, evaluation, and development of analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the domain lead for the Analytics and Analysis (A&A) team within ISE, providing knowledgeable guidance and expertise in one or more of the above domain disciplines (Weapons, Radar, Electronic Warfare, Electro Optical, Distributed Aperture System)Define analytics and analysis needs/requirements for toolsDefine analysis methods and techniquesCollaborate with cross-functional discipline teams to integrate and test analytics, provide analysis, ensuring seamless compliance with requirements and specificationsProvide technical guidance to analystsDevelop and review comprehensive technical analysis reports and assessmentsParticipate in design reviews, test readiness reviews, and other technical meetings to ensure compliance with requirements and specificationsLead team in using common and innovative analysis methods and techniquesEngage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet their needsWhat's in it for you?

Discover Fort Worth. You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, etc.), Mathematics, or similar STEM field from an accredited collegeOne of the following Sensor / System / Platform (Weapons, Fusion, Radar, EW, or EO/DAS) knowledge/experienceDemonstrated experience in analysis and critical thinkingExperience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering ProcessSECRET security clearance with investigation within the last 5 yearsDesired Skills:Demonstrated skills of analysis and reportingDemonstrated experience utilizing TableauStrong communications skillsStrong technical leadership experienceDemonstrated experience in solving complex problemsDemonstrated strong project management skillsDemonstrated ability to take a project concept to successful completionExperience with project management using Agile process, Scrum, and JIRASecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
