Job Title
Pay Range: $40/hr - $43/hr
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support daily engineering lab operations and hardware testing
- Execute verification and validation test plans
- Assemble, modify, and maintain test fixtures and lab hardware
- Perform basic PCB rework and soldering as needed
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic lab equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and electrical issues alongside engineering teams
- Collect, analyze, and document test results
- Maintain inventory and organization of lab equipment and test hardware
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation
- Update Confluence/Wiki documentation and maintain accurate records
- Partner closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Automation Engineers
- Support both existing hardware platforms and new product development efforts
Must-Haves
- Good recent hands-on experience supporting hardware engineering labs
- Junior-level candidates strongly preferred
- No college degree required
- Experience supporting engineers in a lab or manufacturing environment
