Systems EngineerLocation: Moorestown, New Jersey (On-site Monday-Thursday 4x10 shifts. Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)Employment Type: w2 long term ContractRole OverviewA position is available for a Systems Engineer to support mission-critical programs. This role will focus on systems engineering across modeling and simulation, requirements development and traceability, system architecture, integration and test, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in systems engineering and a background in complex technical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, integration, and sustainment of complex systems across the full engineering lifecycle.Perform modeling, simulation, and technical analysis using MATLAB.Develop, analyze, decompose, and trace system and software requirements.Support system architecture, trade studies, and technical baseline development.Participate in integration, verification, validation, and test activities.Partner with software, hardware, and test teams to evaluate system performance and resolve technical issues.Contribute to technical documentation, engineering reviews, and program deliverables.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.Experience: 4 or more years of Systems Engineering experience, including the development of system and software requirements and associated analysis and testing.Clearance: U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.Experience with MATLAB or Simulink.Experience with DOORS.Experience with SysML and MBSE tools.Experience with modeling, simulation, and analysis of Radar algorithms and radar scene environments.Compensation & BenefitsThe estimated pay rate for this position is $70.00/hr to $100.00/hr.
