Sonalysts Systems EngineerSonalysts, Inc. is seeking an experienced systems engineer to provide engineering support to a DoD weapon acquisition program. The successful candidate will manage Systems Engineering Technical Reviews throughout the acquisition cycle, keep multi-disciplinary teams aligned, accelerate decision-making, and directly impact the success of mission-critical systems.

As part of the technical backbone of a diverse project team, the successful candidate will help guide requirements, steer risk, and ensure flawless delivery from concept through fleet fielding.What You Will Be Doing:Facilitate working groups, integrated product teams, and program review meetings.Communicate technical information clearly to government, contractor, and internal stakeholders.Manage action item tracking, risk mitigation, and schedule integrity throughout the acquisition lifecycle.Translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.Participate in all areas of program development by partnering with experts in mechanics, software, test, and certification to tackle the toughest engineering challenges.Contribute to requirements management, testing, qualification, certification, and fielding to the fleet.Implement Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and maintain system modelsWork primarily on-site at Sonalysts' headquarters or designated government facilities to stay closely aligned with project teams.Required Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, systems, electrical, computer, etc.)5-10 years of experience in systems engineeringStrongly Desired Experience/Qualifications:Active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*Experience with model-based systems engineeringExperience providing systems engineering support to a DoD acquisition programAbility to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex technical issuesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsWhat's In It For You?Opportunity to provide important support to the DoD and to expand your work portfolio to support various projects across the company.Opportunity to grow your skillset and pursue project leadership.Salary ranges between $85,000-$150,000, dependent on experience, qualifications and other relevant business criteria.Becoming an integral part of an innovative employee-owned company which includes:Flexible Time Program enabling an optimal work-life balance by permitting partners to arrange their work around personal appointments and vacations, parent-teacher conferences, children's activities and the like, so long as the partner gets the job done on time.Paid Time Off401(k) Plan with company matchEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Sales Bonus ProgramSpecial Performance and Retention Bonus ProgramHealth and Dental InsuranceDependent Care Assistance PlanHealth Care Reimbursement PlanEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramProfessional Development (e.g.
