Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and optimize enterprise collaboration, productivity, and cloud technologies across a complex healthcare environment. This individual will serve as a key technical resource responsible for administration, architecture, security, optimization, and support of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Copilot, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, and related collaboration platforms.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services across the enterpriseDesign, build, and maintain SharePoint Online environments including permissions, governance, workflows, and integrationsSupport Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, Copilot, and additional M365 collaboration toolsManage tenant-wide configurations including licensing, compliance, security settings, and role-based accessSupport Entra ID (Azure AD) identity management, authentication, and conditional access policiesImplement and maintain Microsoft 365 security, governance, retention, and compliance standardsTroubleshoot and resolve complex M365 performance, connectivity, and integration issuesSupport upgrades, patches, migrations, and platform enhancementsCollaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable collaboration and productivity solutionsDevelop automation and workflow solutions to improve operational efficiencyMentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and consultative guidanceParticipate in after-hours support, on-call rotation, and emergency/hurricane response activities as neededRequired Qualifications5 years of experience in a relevant technical roleStrong experience with: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, Planner, and LoopMicrosoft 365 AdministrationExperience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and identity/access managementExperience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or workflow automation toolsStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, compliance, and administration best practicesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldBenefits Salary based on experience $105,000 - $120,000+
