Element Care, a nonprofit PACE provider, is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, secure, and support the infrastructure that powers care for frail seniors across Massachusetts. In this role, you will manage servers, virtualization, cloud services, and clinical applications to ensure reliable, HIPAA-compliant systems for our interdisciplinary care teams. You’ll monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery.
