Systems Engineer (Sr/Staff)Stellar Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer (Sr/Staff) to join the Mission Integration Team supporting the Artemis program. You will work across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, supporting spacecraft mission design and integration, test campaign execution, hardware/software troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution to help ensure overall mission success.In this role, you will:Support spacecraft mission design and system integration activitiesDevelop and execute test campaigns across the Systems Engineering LifecycleAnalyze and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issuesInvestigate test findings and anomalies to ensure mission integrityCollaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance system performanceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related disciplineTypically 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering or related fieldsExperience with test campaign definition and executionExperience with hardware/software integration and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Spacecraft Design & Mission DevelopmentExperience with Python coding (intermediate or advanced proficiency)Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycleAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentCompensation and Benefits: The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $110,000 – $155,000 per year plus a significant, company-funded profit-sharing retirement savings plan. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive total rewards package that includes an annual performance bonus, an employer-funded Profit-Sharing Plan (PSP) contribution based on base compensation, and comprehensive employer-paid medical benefits, PTO pay-out options, along with additional company-sponsored benefits.

All of these benefits represent an additional 30-40% to your base compensation for a total compensation package.Work at the center of spacecraft mission integration, solving complex technical challenges across design, integration, and test. You'll help troubleshoot hardware/software issues, investigate anomalies, and ensure systems are ready to perform when the mission depends on them.
