Systems Engineer - Level 5 | Lockheed MartinLockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer - Level 5 to join the Skunk Works Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) Systems team. In this role, you will be leading a technical team that performs engineering functions in support of subsystem design, development, and integration on a variety of CNI systems to include; communications systems, computers, and control and test equipment.• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related STEM discipline or equivalent experience/combined education. • Proven experience in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools.
• Professional experience with design, development, and integration of advanced avionics and communications systems to include data links, inertial navigation and GPS, and other related avionics subsystems. • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams. • Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance (minimum).• Advanced degree in electrical, electronics, or systems engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders, program management, and external customers. • Experience with Earned Value Management System tools/concepts. • Proven experience with supplier management.
• Experience with Military and/or Government programs. • Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
