Responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of Citrix environments, managing and optimizing Azure Virtual Desktop solutions, collaborating with IT staff and contractors, overseeing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory configurations, administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server environments, integrating Microsoft Exchange services, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise, participating in ongoing system assessments, acting as a senior-level resource for troubleshooting, and supporting the transition to a hybrid work setup.
