Network Infrastructure SpecialistThe purpose of this position is to build and administer all information technology related network infrastructure in a group which manages all data center, network, data, voice and telephony infrastructure. Provides support on these systems, and responds to outages within established SLAs. The level IV position requires expert knowledge in specialized network technologies.
Must be contactable on mobile phone. Will support monthly Saturday maintenance and off-hours software deployments when a timed network change is required.The position’s essential duties include the following:Build new infrastructure (data center, wireless and wired network, data, load balancing, voice, telephony, wiring and UPS) including design, planning, risk assessment, implementation, and documentation. Follow procedures, change management best practices, and ensure availability and maintenance of disaster recovery stance.
