Connected to our customers' missions, we deliver unique capability through our exceptional talent.Systems Engineering / Digital Engineering Responsibilities May Include:Assist / lead development of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, processes and architecturesAssist / lead configuration, data and work flow management of program specific MBSE tools and processesAssist / lead establishment of protocol / process for integration of engineering tools with MBSEAssist / lead establishment of tools, processes and data architectures for Digital EngineeringSystems Engineering, System Integration, Design Integration Responsibilities May Include:Assist with / lead definition of high level functional and performance requirements and verification methods, subsequent analysis, decomposition, and derivation of requirements, allocation of those lower-level requirements to physical and functional architectural elements, and tracking them through design, verification, integration, and operational validationAssists with / lead development of verification and validation methods, processes, logic, and plans in support of program milestones.Assist / lead development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirementsAssist / lead software and test integrationAssist / lead in analyzing and translating requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specificationsAssist / lead interdisciplinary, collaborative approaches to plan, design, develop and verify system solutions.Assists with / lead definition and coordination of system performance requirements and technical parameters.Assist / lead test and validation to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirementsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. (An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.1+ Years of Systems Engineering experience.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in applying engineering processes and principlesExperience/domain knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interface definition, verification, and validationExperience with systems development and integrationExperience with implementation and maintenance of systems engineering tools, schedules and metrics (i.e. DOORs, CAMEO)Experience with Model Based Systems EngineeringTypical Education/Experience:Associate (Level 2)Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
