System EngineerThe primary responsibility of the System Engineer is to design, build, and maintain the Bank's infrastructure such as internal systems, network and various banking-related applications.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesProvide help-desk support as neededStrong understanding of Windows 11 features, network protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.Respond to requests either in person or over the phone.Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.Compose and maintain written policies and proceduresSetup and configure desktops, printers, and other devicesInstall and configure operating systemsAct as contact and coordinator with the vendors for problem solvingProviding technical support for their Bank staffVerify daily data backups and resolve any outstanding issues.Ability to work onsite 5 days a week and collaborate with various departments.May require occasional travel to local branches.
