Systems EngineerLocation: Everett, WA 98204 Pay Rate: $65 per hour Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Work Environment: OnsitePosition OverviewWe are seeking Systems Engineers to support a Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) team focused on requirements engineering, system architecture, and verification & validation activities for complex aerospace systems.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems engineering lifecycle processes, requirements management, and safety assessments, along with familiarity with the Systems Engineering V-Model and aerospace certification standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, decompose, and allocate system requirements from aircraft-level to system and component levelsSupport development and maintenance of functional and logical system architecturesConduct and support safety analyses including FHA, PSSA, SSA, CMA, and FMEA/FMESPlan and execute verification and validation (V&V) activities across the systems engineering V-modelEnsure traceability between system requirements, design, and implementationCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, hardware, safety, and test engineeringSupport compliance with aerospace certification standards and regulatory requirementsParticipate in design reviews, audits, and technical interchange meetingsPrepare technical documentation supporting certification and system integration activitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field5+ years of systems engineering experience in aerospace, automotive, or other complex system environmentsExperience with the Systems Engineering V-Diagram lifecycleKnowledge of safety assessments such as FHA, PSSA, SSA, CMA, and FMEAFamiliarity with certification frameworks including ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, and DO-254Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with requirements management tools such as DOORSSystem modeling experience using SysML, UML, Cameo, or similar toolsExperience with system integration testing and verification planningKnowledge of aircraft development, design, and certification processesAdditional InformationTarget Start Date: ASAPInterview Process: Microsoft Teams interview with hiring managersTravel: None required
