We are seeking a hands-onSystems Engineer with 4+ years of experience in electro-mechanicalsystems, testing, troubleshooting, and product development , preferablywithin a regulated medical device or aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design,develop, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems anddevices .
* Develop test methods, test beds, testing plans, and hands-on testing protocols .
* Conduct DOE, sensor testing, digital output analysis, and system performanceevaluation .
* Analyzetest data using Python and other analytical tools.
* Participatein design reviews, reliability testing, and system integration activities.
* Troubleshootmanufacturing and system issues and perform root-cause analysis .
* Documentdefects, track the defect lifecycle , and communicate findings todevelopment partners.
* Preparedetailed technical reports and engineering documentation .
* Supportdevelopment of manufacturing processes and engineering solutions.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor'sdegree in Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, Software, or relatedEngineering .
* 4+years of engineering experience in systems, electro-mechanical devices,testing, or product development.
* Stronghands-on testing and troubleshooting experience.
* Experiencewith test method development, data analysis, and sensor outputs .
* Pythoncoding/data analysis experience.
* Strongtechnical documentation and problem-solving skills.
* Experiencein an FDA- or FAA-regulated environment strongly preferred.
* Medicaldevice industry experience highly preferred.
