Speciality Electrical Systems Engineer 4TCS is searching for a Speciality Electrical Systems Engineer 4. The selected Engineer will support the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Weapon System (GWS) program as an individual contributor on the Architecture and Delivery (A&D) Automated Test and Verification (ATV) Team and is responsible for developing automation related SW development products in support of the GWS contract execution on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and 8 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree and 6 years of related experience, or 4 years of related experience with a PhD.Experience with Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) assessments.Experience with software architecture and designExperience with the development and verification of RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) requirements.Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORSApplicants must possess good communication skills.Applicants must demonstrate ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions.Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.Applicants must have a current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued Secret security clearance at the time of application which is required to start.Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to support business needs.Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience within Reliability and Maintainability discipline.Experience with risk analysis and risk managementGMD experienceBenefits:Highlights of our benefits include Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k) match, profit sharing, Flexible Time Off, STD/LTD/Life Insurance, Referral Bonuses, professional development reimbursement, vacation, sick leave, and maternity/paternity leave.
