Job TitleThis position will diagnose and resolve OT/IT issues in the plant including packaging/process control systems, shop floor applications, and various network systems. Additionally, the position will create technical documentation and support training of technicians in operations, maintenance, quality, and other support functions.Responsibilities:Develop and execute improvements to shop floor systemsDaily troubleshooting of PLC, shop floor, and networking systemsComplete preventative maintenance and upgrades on OT/IT systemsProvide input to other departments developing machine and work standardsCreate and maintain technical documentation of supported systemsLead or provide support for focused improvement projectsProvide training to operations and other support functionsProvide support for new equipment installations
