Sponsor teams maintain expertise in learning technologies, systems engineering, web design and web application development, software development, classroom IT support, registrar services, online delivery strategies, video production, and data analytics to achieve the mission.What You Must HaveActive TS/SCI with Polygraph ClearanceDemonstrated knowledge and experience with ServiceNow, managing workflow processesServiceNow: Provide O&M to their current ServiceNow applications/instanceServiceNow: Develop future applications based on needs or requirements of groups the client supportsServiceNow: Create Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs based on the needs of the client (JavaScript is the computer language)ServiceNow: Create and modify Workflows, Catalog items (if used), and Record ProducersServiceNow: Knowledge of developing and using PortalsServiceNow: Develop notifications and daily reports from ServiceNowFamiliarity with MySQLFamiliarity with PHP ScriptingDemonstrated experience developing in an Agile environmentDemonstrated experience tracking issues in JIRAFamiliarity with systems installation and configuration support for Windows serversFamiliarity with developing web application programming interfaces (API)Demonstrated experience supporting, maintaining and administration of Microsoft SQL server databaseFamiliarity with incorporating Infosec policies into requirements documentationWhat Would Be Nice to HaveFamiliarity with relational database programming such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or other RDBMSDemonstrated knowledge of Sponsor technical systems, security procedures and processesDemonstrated experience providing briefings and briefing support on technical status of projects to office-level and group-level managementDemonstrated experience as a strong communicator with the ability to speak to technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated experience using excellent interpersonal and team building skills to enhance partnerships with diverse customer base, contractors, service delivery partners, or other stakeholdersFamiliarity with either Linux or Windows operating environmentsDemonstrated experience with Object Oriented programmingDemonstrated experience in the application of software project lifecycle principles including formal reviews and milestonesDemonstrated experience with knowledge of Sponsor learning enterprise technologies, applications and organizational structureDemonstrated experience supporting a Sponsor schoolhousePay Range: $150,000 - $250,000 USDWhy Choose GRVTYThe toughest national security challenges demand vision and ingenuity, not just resources.
