A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.Experience with NonStop capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshootingEmploys advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of programming and systems analysis and related applications.Requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.Must be able to meet deadlines.Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.Ability to lead a group.Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods.
