The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and leadership in systems engineering, with a proven track record in similar roles or contracts.What You'll Do:Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activitiesProvide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverablesDevelop technical and system documentationPlan system development and interact with government officialsReview and approve system engineering documentationConduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systemsDevelop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysisWhat You'll Need:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity requiredDemonstrated experience in Scrum methodologies and/or Agile frameworksBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related fieldFive (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degreeBonus Points If You Have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and manage design and development activitiesProficient in developing technical documentation and system planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officialsProven ability to review and approve system engineering documentationClearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearanceThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $120,000 - $220,000 USD
